Called ID said Wells Fargo, offered one time debt forgiveness. I have no debts with Wells Fargo, sounded like a scam. It also offended me and hurt my feelings, would like to have the caller put in Guantanamo Bay lockup.
Caller left no messages. CID: said Wells Fargo. I have no accounts with WF nor will I ever again. They stole from me, set up accounts without permission and done done many other horrible things to people. Do not answer if you are not expecting a call or recognize the number. It just adds you to another list as a valid number for their scam. They can spoof legit biz names but are really fake.
I got a recorded message stating that Wells Fargo was offering debt forgiveness. They gave me a number to call back. I figured it was a scam. I had just sent in a payoff on my mortgage. That was the only debt I had with Wells Fargo.

I get threatening phone calls daily stating that I need to lower my interest rates. They are pretending to be Wells Fargo whom I have no dealings with, nor want any dealings with.
indicated that our contact address had been changed to an address we didn't know
asked if my bank account question had been resolved. I asked how she got this number of my employment. Said it was on my profile. I said, no it's not. Told her she was a scam. She gave me a number of 888-261-2807 Chloe to call her back. I turned this information into my bank to investigate.
