I received multiple calls from this company asking me to return the call immediately to discuss a sensitive issue. Stated I needed to call back before any legal action is taken and my mortgage is put into foreclosure. When I called, the representative refused to give me the company name and asked for my property address so he could look up my account. I did and when he pulled it up, then he asked if I would be interested in refinancing my mortgage. This is unacceptable. I have not requested an such service and their scare tactic to pull in customers is wrong.

They called today and the man with a very thick accent said he was calling from the US rural department and wanted to return their call.They had my name and address.I have never tried refinancing my home.It is a scam.
