It's a woman speaking Chinese. Sometimes she starts with UPS and now she's saying DHL. It's a recording and I've been getting 8 to 10 of these calls daily from different 800 numbers for over a week now. It's driving me nuts and it's also dangerous! With this person on the phone, obviously, I can't call out. You can't cut off or hang up on the recording.
