Got a call, let go to VM, VM instructions said to call 1-800-224-4171 concerning CenterWell Pharmacy@ Humana. Called the 800 number and recorded message said to call back during business hours 9am-5pm or leave name, number, a message and policy info. Strange since they had just called me & left VM at 8pm. Called Humana's main number and now on hold for t hff e 3rd time because they said it was a different Department and they will transfer me to someone that can help me. Still holding after 35 minutes, starting to regret going with Humana Medicare Advantage Plan. I haven't figured out what the Advantage is yet.
