I have received three (same message) from three different phone this week.
The FTC has logged 14 complaints against 800-216-1793. All complaints flagged this number as a robocall or recorded message. The last of these complaints was submitted on June 22, 2019. Complaints came from 12 states, including California, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Illinois and Maryland. The cities with the most complaints were Denver, Moreno Valley, Houston and Minooka.

Call said my credit card (though did not specify which one) was being billed today for $699.99 for one year of PC support. If I wanted to cancel this transaction, call 1 800 216 1793. I never subscribed to a year of PC support so I have not called. They do not have my credit card info!
