Who called me from this phone number (800) 215-1921

Claiming to Be from capital one fraud. The thing is the number they called me on Capitol one does not have. So I called Capitol one they said they have no fraud claim open on my account . Also said they are not aware of that number as a number that is associated with Capital one.
