Rec'd a call from 800-211-4331 claiming they were from Healthnet and asking me to return their call. Called back and the woman on the other end of the phone began asking me to verify my name and DOB and all kinds of medical questions, I got suspicious and googled this number as well as call Heath Net directly and this number is not affiliated with them. This is someone trying to get personal info, don't answer any of their questions or verify your personal info.
