Who called me from this phone number (787) 724-3650

I have no idea how this call came from this number belonging to BPPR. They called my elderly mother saying they needed her to get out of banca por internet. They gave Pedro Rivera name as the caller's. Thanks God, I have trained my Mom not to give any info...I hope...
