States they’re from the DOH yet the guy can barely speak English. Don’t provide any info. Hang up in their face!
Some lady called saying she had technicians at one of our properties from AT&T. That they were upgrading the wiring and needing the business account holder for the service location. I kept asking her if we had asked for this upgraded and she couldn't confirm it (I already knew we didn't). I kept questioning her and she eventually gave up. It's a scam just block or hang up or start pressing buttons to annoy them. :D
