Yes it came up as Healthsource on my phone. I asked to be taken off the list his reply was no. I told him I was going to report him to the BBB. I asked what the address of his company was and he gave me my address. Saying make a complaint about yourself. I said your calling to scam my mother and he said yes I am. He became very vulgar with me.
