Don't recognize what appears in caller ID (name; phone #) I don't answer. During the 2nd ring in press the "talk" button immediately followed by the "off" button. Supposedly the line goes dead for the caller. But if it's an automated call, they're likely to call again. Have gotten very very few repeat calls although I did get one this week.
Keeps asking to speak to Michael. Calls daily and each time, I kindly ask to take off the list that no one named Michael owns this phone number.
