Who called me from this phone number (786) 635-1703

I did not answer but a name did show up as Steve Saksa. No message but then I don't answer any of my phones if I don't know who it is.

Making believe they are either aCourt or Legal Agency mentioning case number and etc etc these are thieves and lots of people believe they are legit and follow the steps. FTC should prosecute this kind of daylight robbery
