My friend she called them twice and asked to be removed from their list and they never did, they just kept texting her anyway. Then, to get off this junk car text message list she called them back repeatedly, over and over, and filled up the spammers voicemail. Keep calling, and calling, once their voicemail is full they will realize you mean business and remove your number from their list.
