Who called me from this phone number (786) 600-1559

Caller ID: MIAMI FL; When I answered, at first it sounded like he was speaking another language. I asked who was calling when he asked for owner. He said his name was Frank Williams and was a business lending bank and I told him we aren't interested in any loans, thank you. Then I hung up.
