Same scripted message others received. Caller is Jim. He sounds real friendly and apologetic if by chance he’s reached you in error. Follows it up with asking you if you have Florida property you’d like to sell please call him.
Same message as what everyone else has said, some guy named Jim trying to scam people.

Another vulture who has managed to get inaccurate information from Google and ends up bothering the wrong people. Pond scum. Vile scag. I have no idea what "property" he's referring to, but if I did own something in FL, I would have enough sense to do the right thing with it and not fall prey to guttersnipes like Jim. Hey, Jim!
