Who called me from this phone number (786) 514-7505

Apparently claiming to be Citizens Bank in text message. "Your access has been limited due to misuse of our service agreement. Visit long.af/rwdaqt & update your details." I have never been a customer/client of Citizens. Ergo...definitely a scam or fraud attempt.
