Who called me from this phone number (786) 447-6657

Just received this call from a Spanish speaker explaining about some sort of government insurance that is available to us (our restaurant) and that through the government costs $148 but they offer a package that's cheaper...I just had to be here Saturday to receive it and pay $68 when it arrives. It smelled like a scam so I said "No, don't send anything cause I won't pay" $68 was for the shipping and handling of the package. I say "No" and hung up Caller ID: Nugent Roberto 786-447-6657
