We're getting calls from this number, yet all that can be heard in the background is mumbling back and forth between several parties on the other end. It appears they are trying to slip through the cracks by using alternate names and unidentifiable phone numbers. Nowadays, we have had to resort to blocking all callers other than the people we know are legit. It doesn't matter if you change your phone number to distance yourself from these types of calls because they keep latching on and will not stop or go away. There is no Agency in place to stop annoyance callers or scammers … I've tried so many times over the years. That's a sad reality to say that our lives are tainted by thieves and liars and they are allowed to continue doing so.
Constantly get calls from this number, but they never leave a message. However, when I check for messages, sometimes I can hear the person on the phone talking to someone else in the background and it's in Spanish.

A cada rato recibo llamadas de este número que no está en mis contactos por tanto es persona desconocida y no contesto pero no dejan mensaje identificandose de quien es o su procedencia. Yo a todo número desconocido o Scam Likely y que no dejen mensajes de voz los bloqueos al recibir varias llamadas lo que me hace ver q puede ser fraude mercadeo o haciéndose pasar por el IRS como me ha sucedido y a veces recivo mensajes de texto donde me indica hacer click en un link como por ejemplo 3 que me han entrado diciendo ser como identificación del Census Bureau need you help o que fuí seleccionado para representar mi comunidad. Este ha sido bloqueado porque investigué y son textos fraudulentos.Además el número q identifica este mensaje de texto es (392-42)
