Who called me from this phone number (785) 746-6785

Continually getting calls from this number and other numbers regarding extended auto warranty expiration and we are still under factory warranty. This is bogus and takes up my time and data to deal with and no way to block them all. This one like the others, if you wait long enough they even give you the option to press 2 and be placed on the "Do not call" list but it immediatly hangs up when you do.
