Florida: Call said “Congratulations week stand a special welcome to you at the publishers clearing House sweepstakes and lotteries on behalf of our team we would like to bring to your noticed that you were selected as a second place winner."
Same robocall everyone else receives, directing to non-existent web site or you can call them back on their number, 785 284 5914, which seems to have been around for a year at least. I suppose if I were more generous I could send them some money, but right now I am not so inclined.

left voicemail message saying they were calling from Publisher's Clearing House and I won Second Place Prize- call 785-284-5914 and give them confirmation code 4711 US.

Unwanted scam robo calls.
Exactly same as others report - called to say I'm second place winner in Publisher's Clearing House - Call received 10:50pm - Scared the Heck out of our very young family since only emergency calls are received at this hour when we are all in bed asleep. The automated male voice also stated a secondary number to call them back is 876-290-984
