Have rec'd calls from this number and always went to vm--truncated message about refund for services. Today I answered. Automated voice said from Microsoft Windows and refunded for security software (made sound like all who purchased in timeframe similar to class action suit) and this was how to claim refund by pressing "1". Hung up and looked up number since so many scams exist that sound credible. Showed flags in various areas. Phone number now blocked. I LEARNED that company will never go about in that way if legitimate. I imagine as part of "getting refund" would have been asked to provide information used for scam. NEVER provide info to a source unknown or even if think legitimate, STILL DO NOT provide to any incoming calls. Instead if speak to them, TELL them YOU want a phone number to CALL BACK. Typically they will hang up then. If give you a number, call company they seemed to represent from legitimate phone number/ website and ask if any reason a call would be placed from them and so on. My guess is ALWAYS answer will be know. Be aware of this number as well as those with same first six digits, and span similar to last four digits.
