voice mail pick up call and it left a message that had music and said all operators are busy and your call will be answered by the next representative the message was 3 minutes $ 20 second before the number disconected.
I answered and it took me to "Hold Music" and said 'All our operators are busy assisting other callers please continue to hold for the next available operator to assist you.'
