They are Commercial Credit Services. Some kind of insurance scam that they are trying to collect money for an accident that your car insurance should've paid.
They call almost every day, starts ringing but no one ever picks up
Caller ID indicated that 781-427-9000 is associated with Ccs Commercial. Calls from this number are definitely suspicious. I answered a call to my cell phone from 781-427-9000, and could hear ringing on the line as if the call was attempting to connect to a third party - I immediately hung up. I answered a second call from this number the following week, and when I answered the line disconnected.
Called claiming I had been in a accident and was going to suspend my license if I did not give them my insurance company and policy number. Tried to be convincing.
'Wait patiently' Bothering me during a nice movie...
Picked up the phone and it started ringing as if I was calling someone. Hopefully this is not someone trying to piggy back my telephone number.

I picked up the phone since it was ringing, and it was ringing now on the other end. Eventually it stop ringing but I just got silence on the other end nobody talked

said they were with something like Matt Free Insurance, and asked me to verify information without giving nay context.
