Who called me from this phone number (781) 206-2657

Caller said he was from,wyoming claimed to be soliciting for police and harsher pynishments for criminals. He had a southern accent and didn't say where he was from until i asked. I callex lical p.d. and they said they had gotten several complaints recently. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.
