Who called me from this phone number (775) 561-4187

Female with a very thick Asian Accent said she was calling from Vehicle Registration, and asked me if I was still driving my Challenger. I told her I never had such a car, and was concerned that my name was on someone else's car registration. She promptly hung up. There have been numerous calls to my phone from this number, but I previously never answered.
