Who called me from this phone number (775) 437-1407

Yes I would like to report this to the FTC as well.

I also received a call from 775 437 1407 on 02/26/2021. This was not a recorded message or robocall but seemed to be a live person. I did not say hello or respond just listened as I didn't recognize this phone #. She said Hello how are you today? I stayed silent. She then said " That's great" and she ended the call. I could also hear typing on a keyboard sound.
