Kept getting calls and he wouldn’t leave a message. I finally answered and he mentioned something about college classes and kept asking if I was a US citizen (asked probably 5 times). I told him I wasn’t interested and he kept asking if I was a us citizen. It was weird and I think it might be a scam
The guy who called was doing college placements; when I realized what he was calling for, I tried to let him know I wasn’t interested in his services and his tone was aggressive and confrontational. I don’t feel comfortable knowing he has my address or phone number.

Received a call from this number—someone claiming to be “Alex” who stated that they try to deliver documents to me, and the delivery driver couldn’t get a signature. They stated that the delivery would be attempted one more time, and then I would be listed as “failure to comply”. I called the number back, and the name associated with the call wasn’t me. Smells like a scam to me. I didn’t continue the call to attempt to speak to a real person.
