Who called me from this phone number (775) 312-3945

Prerecorded message, somehow the caller bypasses our VOIP system that automatically sends calls to voicemail after several rings so phone rings nonstop until pick up the receiver, then delivers the message at end of which a different voice states dial 9 to stop getting the calls. But the calls continue. Previously received same unwanted calls and message from 702-745-9436
