Cold Call from "who knows" (stating, "on a recorded line: before asking for my consent in direct violation of Florida Statute "dual consent" law, while he's concurrently violating Federal DNC laws! I have instructed my attorney to prepare a small claims civil suit against this firm (or guy sitting in his underwear) to pursue collections of the $11,000-per-incident approved fines, and advised the local DA's office he has criminally-violated Florida's dual-consent laws. Amazing. Truly Amazing. I plan to donate all net proceeds to purchase police vests.
