Just got a call from this number. Sounded like spam. I could hear people talking in the back ground. And the caller didn't speak english

Asked to speak to me about a "financial matter" and wanted to confirm my address. I ask about what the "financial matter" was and they doubled-down on asking for my address. When I told them i will not accept nor deny anything until i knew what it (fin. matter) was, the lady on the other end got frustrated and hung up, telling me something about a letter???? IDK but its either a spam number or wannabe debt collector.
