Same thing. Wouldn’t identify themselves (other than this generic business name). Asked me to to verify mailing address. I hung up.
Got a call from 772-281-5469 said they were customer relations but refused to say for whom. I told them the person they were looking for had died, then they wanted more info I hung up on them.
I got a call on Nov. 10, 2021, the lady sounded like she was calling from a crowded place and she asked to speak to someone whom I've never heard of and when told she had the wrong number she said she would make the change. Apparently she didn't, because I received another call this morning from that same number. When is this going to end.
Every morning they call and unwilling to verify who they are.
