Who called me from this phone number (772) 236-0765

Caller said I won $2.5 million in Publisher's Clearinghouse contest but they called me anonymously and told me to call back to this number and ask for "James Taylor" I don't thinks this is how Publishers Clearinghouse operates ... or James Taylor. I called back and was told not only did I win $2.5 million ... I also won a New Car!!!! Today is my lucky day!!! Not.
