Who called me from this phone number (770) 888-0627

Received the call from this number on sept 5th 2019 at about 6:30 pm. He started off with hello my name and asking if it was me. I asked what is this call about and he started saying they'll be coming tomorrow for rough in inspection to outside of my home at no charge and blah blah. I stopped them right there n said, I've not summoned any of their services. The person on the phone started asking if I was the home owner. I did not answer and just said I do not need their services and disconnected the call.
