Who called me from this phone number (770) 783-6651

Calls my 90 year old mother who has Alzheimer's, 4 - 5 times awakening her AM and PM, no message left. I called number but recording says it's a non working number. Caller ID says ACUMEN ASSOCIATES. Whomever this is needs to be stopped.
