Who called me from this phone number (770) 648-3225

Person's speech is always "broken up" when I asked to repeat something. He sounded very "tinny" and was talking about Mega Millions drawing. I do not do this lottery. He also told me I'd win a lot of money AND a Mercedes Benz!!! This is definitely a scammer. Called himself Bobby Cooper.
