I was about to make a complaint but as I pulled up this site and was reading about the number they called me back. Apparently I inquired about a new roof and windows online and they were returning my call. I spoke with a manager and they informed me that they do not do COLD CALLS and only return calls from people who inquire about home improvement online or at booths when they are doing shows and people sign up for more information,or when calling companies who will in turn transfer you over to services that you are looking for such as,Landscaping,Repairs or Home Improvement. My advice to all is what the manager told me,If you don't want these type of calls,DON'T SIGN UP OR CALL SERVICES AND LEAVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER NOR ADDRESS. Since then,I've stopped. Dale
