Who called me from this phone number (770) 239-0722

I get calls from this number 4 and 5 times each day, since we have a block on our phone it only rings once. However it comes in as Syncrony. Getting very annoying. It's been happening daily for at least 3 weeks. First call each day around 8am last around 9pm
