I have received a call from this number and text messages from other numbers about a jcp account, and i don't even have an account. I've called official jcp phone number and they have confirmed I dont have an account with them. Be aware this number seems phishing
Says you owe a past due bill for JCPenny even if you don't have an account with them.. Needs your bank account number or credit card number to pay it up.
Calls 4-6 x/day as Symphony Bank (Marietta GA) with robo call re my JCP account. Started within days of canceling JCP card and $32 to discontinue payment to JCP which they said was not received after 30 days. Pd off account in full same day. Now being double billed, credited once and billed again. Insanity. Called in Jan under 402-541-5221 (ORLANDO) as Synchrony re charge account.
