Who called me from this phone number (770) 225-4436

Finally answered these jokers and spoke to a "John Green" supposedly from a company called Waterfront. He told me I can lower my mortgage rate and asked specific questions about my mortgage. I told him to put me on the Do No Call List and he argued with me and refused to give me a valid company number nor a valid company address. Complete scam.. AVOID
