Who called me from this phone number (765) 267-2912

i called back a missed call from (765)-267-2912 that left no voicemail. When i called there was no ring, it went straight to a bootleg sounding recording that said “your call is important to us, please hold”. When i was doing research on this number and although i found nothing saying it i seen many people statements but none claiming it was a scam but they did say they got no answer as well. I have a great suspicion that this is not legit.
