Who called me from this phone number (760) 786-4176

Did not answer or call back. Voicemail left was a few words of something unintelligible but did pick up the word fraud. Then they repeated the number twice to call back before they start legal proceedings against me. Sounded more like a "canned" message rather than a real person. They called twice from this same number within a four hour period - so far.
