Who called me from this phone number (760) 291-4562

Got a call saying they seen suspicious activity connected to my social security number and wanted to go over that with me and needed me to verify my info. When they connect me to someone live some guy with a foreign accent says he's from law inforcement. They've called me twice a day for the past 2 months. I've told them a number of times to remove my number from their call list or I would report them for harassment but the keep calling
