I saw a tip online from a former telemarketer who said that we should always answer the call and say something...to avoid another auto-dial in an hour. This happens when you simply decline and block. In any case, this number called and I answered. A delay indicated that it was a recording and the male voice said "Hi..this is JC from Employment Services on a private line" and then disconnected. Lone Pine calls me 35 times a day!
