Who called me from this phone number (760) 223-7584

Got a call from a mark Daniels saying an account is falling delinquent however I don’t have any accounts delinquent. He didn’t say my name no where in the message so it sounds like a scam to get me to call back

Got a call from this phone number 760-223-7584 this morning. Caller said his name is joe from???? on a recorded line. I said OK and he hung up.
