Who called me from this phone number (760) 205-8457

Relentless callers looking for someone that is not me who WOULD NOT identify themselves or connect me to a SUPERVISOR. Proceeded to EDIT ME, TELLING ME TO "Calm down" because I kept on insisting that they first identify themselves. Obviously a phishing scammer as they have something to hide. Told them not to call my number again.
