Who called me from this phone number (757) 942-2993

A call came in from (757) 942-2993, on our childrens line (clearly marked and ID as "Children's Line". We have the line for our two grade-school children to use to keep in contact with their friends and family. I told the man, and he started talking over me. At that point I said that I was going to register a complaint against his number with law enforcement and have them check to see if he's on a registered sex offender's list. He hung up.
