Portfolio Recovery, again!
These people have been relentlessly harassing and calling me for the past two years, when I first got my current phone number, from numbers all over the country, asking for someone who is not me. They continue to call me every day, sometimes more than once, despite being informed that this is not who they are looking for, and asking to be removed from their system.
Annoying!
