Complaints about Phone Numbers757-230-####

I get at least 20 calls a day from this number! Not kidding! I pray I never need my phone for a real emergency because I will not be able to! This should be against the law. People die because their phone is tied up with these abusive calls.

Scam call made up to be a collect call from an inmate at the Chesapeake Correctional Center by the name of Braman Bell (it was difficult to understand the name, supposedly spoken by the male inmate himself). There are a number of scam reports for this number online. I could find no Chesapeake city government entities correlating with this phone number. The female narrator voice asks if you would like to accept the call. She says to accept this call press 5; to refuse this call hang up; to block this call and all future calls press 9.
