keep getting calls from this number, no one on the line...

I just received a call from this number. I am a Realtor too. I picked up the call and no one was there - they didn't hang up they just waited on the line with no answer until I hung up. Probably spam/telemarketing.

I receive many calls from 754-444-3100 number and when I answer there is no one there.

Called my phone early morning. Said this is Sierra from Steven Revel's office. Didn't say what it was about and asked me to call her on her Cell number 314-300-5479. Being I am a Realtor, thought it might be work related, so ICalled back and got a robo. I googled the number and saw complaints.
