I can't give you a name and address, but I will tell you what I know. I strongly suspect the caller is up to no good. This is the first call I've received from this number, but did receive a call from 740 910 3155 on 18 March, both calls with a CID: 1. Both calls being "ROBO" and from a Registered Private Owner. I have one source that calls this a SCAM outright, but I can't verify that. I do strongly suspect foul play; use extreme caution with this caller!!!
